It´s a safe neighborhood perfect for families or groups that want to be near the center but not in the middle of it. This spacious apartment has three bedrooms (1 double, 2 singles, 1 single). There is one bathroom with a full bath and shower. The kitchen is big featuring all the modern conveniences. The living area is open and sunny complete with two comfortable sofas and plazma t.v. Off of the living room is a special little room that is all windows that opens up to enjoy the natural sunlight. It is a perfect spot to enjoy a cup of tea or a glass of wine.
