The penthouse has 3 levels and the lift gives you direct access inside the first level. FIRST LEVEL There are 2 different areas AREA 1: has 2 bedrooms, 1 balcony, 1 bathroom, and 1 kitchen. It is situated at the front of the building, which contains a bedroom, and can be separated by a sliding door (making 2 bedrooms) to give privacy for those who wish. There are two single beds in one part and a double sofa bed in the other. Both parts are connected with a long and narrow balcony with two big doors. The bedroom has two big built-in-wardrobes, two TVs, two A/C units. The overall external view is very luminous. AREA 2: has the dining room with 2 single beds, 1 bathroom, and 1 balcony. It is situated at the back of the building. There is a dining room with a table for 8 people and a large balcony with wooden floors and a table and two chairs. The dining room has a double sofa bed as well as two single beds and a bathroom. It has a cupboard, TV, A/C, and again the overall view is very luminous and is considerably as lucid as the vicinity of Britannia Hotel Nottingham. SECOND LEVEL Here is the Attic. It contains 2 single beds, 1 double sofa bed, 1 bathroom, 1 kitchen, 1 dining room, 2 terraces with wooden floors and 2 wooden tables with 4 benches. From the first level there is a staircase leading up to the second level. The attic is fantastic, luminous, quiet and airy. From the terrace there is a staircase leading up to the solarium (3RD level). THIRD LEVEL Here is the Solarium with a spectacular rooftop private terrace with splendid city views. There are 6 chairs, 2 benches and 5 hammocks. |
