Location: San Antoni, Avenida Mistral You will find this apartment centrally located near The Sant Antoni Market and Plaza Espanya, which is also home to the biggest tradeshow/convention center in Spain , La Fira de Barcelona. The Avenida Mistral is a lovely quiet pedestrian street with several cafes, restaurants, and all kinds of shops. You are not far from the most famous street of Barcelona , La Rambla and the same distance to the beautiful Port Vell . This aparatment is on the second floor of a very quiet and friendly residential building which is equipped with an elevator . The apartment has been totally renovated with a brand new fully equipped kitchen, one and a half bathrooms, three spacious bedrooms, parquet floors, two lovely terraces and central a/c and heating . There are two bedrooms with single beds and one master bedroom with a large double bed.There is also a baby cot available. One of the terraces is off of this master bedroom while the other larger terrace is off of the living room/dining room. The apartment can accommodate up to four people and has a total surface area of 100 square meters. In addition to a fully equipped kitchen, this apartment comes with all the modern conveniences, microwave, washer, coffee maker, kettle, iron, hair-dryer, television with cable, and fresh linens and towels are provided for each person
